GEFCO Is Being Sold by Astec Industries

Astec Industries Inc. announced on December 9,2019 it intends to sell its GEFCO Inc. subsidiary. GEFCO, which is located in Enid, Oklahoma, is a long-time producer of drilling equipment for water wells, geothermal wells, and ca-thodic protection; high-pressure double pumpers for energy services; and King Oil Tools for oil and gas and other applications.
