Sale agreed of Biwater Holding's UK Subsidiary to UK arm of MWH Global

The end of 2010 saw Biwater Holdings Limited ('BHL') agreeing to sell its UK based subsidiary Biwater Services Limited (BSL) to MWH Constructors Limited, the UK construction arm of MWH Global Inc.
