Combining HRS stainless steel tube in tube heat exchangers utilising HRS's developed heat transfer enhancing corrugated tubes we can provide a continuous 3 tank batch pasteuriser. This allows for a constant raw-feed and pasteurised-supply of sludge, which allows for easy and continuous energy usage onsite compared to single tank fill-and-drain systems. This innovative continuous-batch system also utilises thermal regeneration of heat from the raw and pasteurised sludge to reduce running costs.
