County in Fla. looking to build pumping station for backup drinking water source

While continuing their search for a secondary potable water source, Bay County officials are looking to build a pumping station near Deer Point Lake. Assistant county manager Dan Shaw said plans to add a second intake in the northern part of the county are in preliminary talks right now.
