Since 1992, efforts have been conducted in Goodwater Creek Experimental Watershed to assess suspended sediment transport from this 73 km~2 watershed located in the Salt River Basin, Missouri, USA. This effort was complemented by assessment of field-scale sediment loss and of suspended sediment transport at 12 watersheds in the Salt River Basin. The database includes 10 to 20 years of data from 3 fields ranging from 7 to 35 ha, and 5 to 20 years of data from 15 stream sites ranging from 10 to 6200 km~2. Sampling techniques, analytical methods, site locations, and equipment infrastructure are described in this paper.
