Water Resources Concerns in the Next Decade: Introduction

We are continuing the "future-ing" project begun last year by the Associate Editors of Water Resources IMPACT with a list of ten water resources concerns they perceived to be significant in the next decade. For the issues published this year, we have enlisted a panel of authorities to share their views about water resources concerns over the next decade. We have left the question open, although we did share the Associate Editors' list as published in the November 2007 issue of IMPACT, otherwise our authorities are free to react to the question as they wish. The authorities, in the order we will see them published are listed below.
