Thank you for your topic in the November issue of Water Resources Impact. I want to affirm how important water is to my tribe, the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation. From the time we are little children we are taught that water is the most sacred gift from our creator and is the lifeblood of our mother earth. The rivers are her veins and the clouds her capillaries.
