THE FEBRUARY 2019 issue marks the 55th year of the Journal of the American Water Resources Association (JAWRA). To celebrate this anniversary, JAWRA will look back and highlight critical papers from each decade and how the journal has shaped and sustained multidisciplinary water resources dialogue through time.
