EPA Finalizes Clean Water Act Effluent Testing Methods Rule Update

EPA has published its periodic update of Clean Water Act effluent test methods months after the rule was held up by the Trump administration's review of regulations finalized in the final days of the Obama administration, making only minor changes from the 2015 draft version of the rule.
