GOP Senators Urge Supreme Court To Reject CWA Groundwater Regulation

The chairman of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee (EP W) and 15 other Republican senators are urging the Supreme Court to side with a Hawaii county and find that the Clean Water Act (CWA) does not cover pollution that travels through groundwater to surface water.
