Revised Wetlands Conservation Standards Issued

The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) approved three new and six revised conservation practice standards for use in treating highly erodible land or land determined to be wetlands. They are expected to be issued this month in NRCS' National Handbook of Conservation Practices (NHCP), said William A. Hughey, a national agricultural engineer in NRCS, part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
