Total Water Management: Managing the Water Cycle for Climate Change Solutions

The specter of global climate change means significant challenges for all sectors of the water community. Increasing uncertainty in water supplies for municipal and industrial uses, agriculture, and the environment as a result of climate change is expected to affect these sectors significantly. Among the most important effects of climate change are globally increasing temperatures on seasonal patterns of precipitation and the effects of these changes on the water cycle and regional hydrographs.
