Melbourne's north to benefit from waste and water projects

Construction is underway on two landmark infrastructure projects in Melbourne's northern suburbs - projects which will help support growing communities. Yarra Valley Water's Waste to Energy facility in Wollert, nearly 30 kilometres from the CBD, is the first dedicated organic waste processing facility specifically built for providing electricity for water treatment in Australia.
