In January Advent Software announced that Stephanie DiMarco, founder and CEO, was stepping down at the end of June and would pass the CEO reins to the company's current president, Peter Hess (see related article, page 9). DiMarco started the software company when she was 23, while working as an analyst for a money management firm.
