Agricultural development: Needs to Be in Line with Non-agricultural Development

摘要

Reclamation of farm land for industrial parks during recent times has not been done in a scientific manner and is casting a negative influence on farmer's lives and agricultural production, it is time that policies helped to recover the agriculture sector which is currently the main income for the majority of Vietnamese. Priority should not only he given to non-agricultural development.
