Stamp of Approval from the Japan Meteorological Agency

Meteorological services have traditionally standardized their observation equipment. JMA, the Japan Meteorological Agency, is no exception. Before replacing its humidity and pressure instruments, JMA conducted two years of tests. Based on the results, Vaisala became the first foreign supplier to receive JMA approvals for network sensors.
