Eni takes Conwy

PRIVATE equity backed operator Tailwind Energy has agreed to sell its entire interest in the Conwy field in the East Irish Sea offshore the UK to Italian major Eni. Tailwind holds a 100% operated interest in Conwy, which is tied back to Eni's Liverpool Bay assets. Tailwind acquired the asset as part of its purchase of EOG Resources UK in 2018.
