Halliburton is supporting students in Malaysia that hope to pursue careers in the oil and gas industry after the US oilfield services giant handed a software grant to Universiti Teknologi Petronas (UTP). The three-year donation will see students provided access to Halliburton Landmark's patented DecisionSpace suite of exploration and production software so that students "can bridge the gap between academic coursework and practical application", the Houston-based player said.
