AN Equinor-led consortium has approved the development concept for the BM-C-33 gas condensate field in Brazil's Campos basin pre-salt arena. Last weeks decision came two days after Brazil's Congress approved a key bill that aims to create a competitive framework for the country's natural gas sector and is expected to unlock billions of dollars of investment in offshore projects and in gas-fed industries.
