BRAZILIAN state-controlled oil company Petrobras has issued an invitation to tender aimed at contracting a fresh batch of subsea equipment for the revitalisation of the ageing Marlim and Voador fields in the Campos basin. Subsea contracting sources told Upstream that Petrobras invited contractors including Technip-FMC, OneSubsea, Aker Solutions and Baker Hughes to submit commercial bids on 6 November to supply 24 umbilical termination units (UTA) with associated tools and spare parts.
