ERL well deferral approved

ENERGY Resources Ltd (ERL) has been given approval to defer its work programme in EP368 as it seeks to secure a rig to drill an exploration well in Western Australia's onshore Perth basin. Permit partner Norwest Energy confirmed late last week that the state's Department of Mines, Industry Regulation & Safety had approved the application for a 12-month suspension and extension to the work programme commitments in the permit.
