UK contractor Peterson has been awarded a contract by Spanish operator Repsol to supply logistics services for its upcoming wildcat on the Kanuku block off Guyana. Peterson will provide the Spanish major with integrated supply base operations management, logistics and pipe yard operations for the Carapa-1 exploration well, which is set to be spudded in the current quarter. The company will provide the services from bases in Guyana and Trinidad & Tobago. In late March, Repsol booked the Super H6E-class jack-up EXL Ⅱ to drill the well.
