Tailwater invests $500m in Goodnight

US-BASED Tailwater Capital has invested $500 million in Permian oilfield water services player Goodnight Midstream for the company to continue US expansion. Goodnight Midstream, also based in Dallas, Texas, initially obtained an investment from Tailwater in 2016 which allowed the company to expand operations in the Bakken shale play of North Dakota and enter the Delaware and Midland sub-basins of the prolific Permian and the south Texas Eagle Ford shale.
