Three vie for EastMed pipeline FEED work

THE battle to land a prestigious front-end engineering and design contract for the 1443-kilometre offshore section of the $8 billion East Mediterranean (EastMed) gas pipeline is coming to the boil. Multiple sources told Upstream that three players are fighting it out for the FEED contract, with suggestions that project proponent IGI-Poseidon could make a final decision within one month or so.
