GABON'S newly appointed Minister of Petroleum, Gas & Hydrocarbons, Noel Mboumba, confirmed this week that the country's revised petroleum code is currently before the Constitutional Court for review. The Bill was passed by the National Assembly on 30 May before evaluation by the Senate and the package will be presented to President Ali Bongo during the upcoming Ministerial Council, Mboumba said.
