US shale gas giant EQT has continued sparring with former Rice Energy executive Toby Rice and his team in a proxy battle for full control of the 12-member board. The company again lashed out against Toby in a letter to shareholders, calling him unqualified and using comments from his brother, Daniel, who sits on the EQT board, to undermine Toby's previous experience as chief operating officer at Rice Energy. Daniel was previously chief executive of that company.
