Perfolat deal

MEXICAN company Perfolat has lined up onshore drilling work for state oil company Pemex under a restricted invitation bid process. The company was awarded a package valued at up to $322.5 million for integrated well services, according to a tender document. The administration of President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador is aiming to fast-track development of some 26 fields to reverse Mexico's production declines.
