Regulator approves two US Gulf coast LNG projects

THE growing momentum in the US liquefied natural export sector was again highlighted over the past week with another two developments gaining regulatory approval and several others making significant project progress even if environmental concerns were also raised in some cases. On the approval front, federal regulators have approved the construction and operation of Tellurian's Driftwood LNG gas export facility in Louisiana, moving that project closer to a final investment decision.
