MALAYSIAN national upstream company Petronas Carigali has delayed the bid submission date by more than a month for a tender for the floating production, storage and offloading vessel that it plans to use at its deep-water Limbayong oil and gas field off Sabah, write Amanda Battersby and Nishant Ugal. Two sources confirmed that the tender for one of Malaysia's most-keenly sought offshore prizes of the year will now close on 15 April rather than 7 March.
