UAS in the National Airspace System: Research Directions

A one-day workshop was held on 10 June, 2008, to bring together 46 key members of the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration, National Science Foundation, Department of Homeland Security and other agencies and invited leaders of the national science community to consider the use of unmanned aircraft systems in the National Airspace System (NAS).
