I have been interested for many years in the roles and merits of organizational teams with a diversity of skills. Many years ago, I managed major research funding programs in cooperative systems and collective intelligence, two areas closely related to cognitive diversity. Page is a talented modeler and writer, so the book contains clearly-explained innovative models to understand, measure, and use diversity in organizations, businesses, and communities.
