摘要

The optical luminescence and electrophysical properties of CdBr_2 and NiCl_2 crystals are investigated in the range of temperatures 85-295K. It is found that the activation of cadmium bromide srystals by a nickel Impurity causes the appearance of the intensive broad band with Maximum near 35 and weak band with maximum near 500 nm in Absorption spectra at 295 K. under excitation of CdBr_2 and NiCl_2 Crystals with N_2-laser radiation in the absorption 345 nm band range at 85 K, the activator's light emission in the band with maximum near 595 and 635 nm is discovered.
