A section of metro that is under construction in Hangzhou, capital city of east China's Zhejiang Province, flooded on 31 July, the state-run Xinhua News Agency reported. Water was found leaking into the section between Jiangjin Road Station and Citizen Centre Station on Subway Line Four.
