MAN Truck & Bus UK maintains a keen focus on training and skills development. Huge investment continues into equipping the next generation of MAN technical, service and parts experts - many of whom go on to wider careers within the MAN network. It's an important part of MAN'S business strategy, and it's why MAN is delighted to be a key sponsor of this year's IRTE Skills Challenge. For young people entering the industry, too, there is MAN's Modern Apprenticeship programme, managed by S&B Training Academy - a keystone to MAN's UK business model.
