Mercedes Arocs Triple double delivers for Wynnstay

Agricultural supplies firm Wynnstay has taken delivery of a second Mercedes-Benz Arocs Triple following 12 months of good service from its first, near identical truck. Its latest 8×4 Arocs 3240 ENA has a front steer axle, double-drive rear bogies and a trailing and lifting rear-steer axle. "The Arocs Triple offers the payload of a 32-tonner, but has a significantly tighter turning circle that allows it to get in and out of places where we'd previously had to use a 26-tonner. The result is increased productivity and reduced cost," explains logistics manager Zak Edwards.
