Bevan Group teams up with WAS UK to ensure rapid deployments of specialist ambulance crews

Highly-trained hazardous area response team (HART) paramedics in the South West have become the first in England to take delivery of new incident response units to reach emergency scenes at diff icuIt-to-access, off-road locations more quickly and efficiently. A total of 14 will be built. The purpose-designed transporters carry 6×6 Ranger Polaris all-terrain vehicles. They are the product of a new partnership between ambulance specialist WAS UK and Bevan Group. HART teams comprise specially recruited personnel who are equipped to attend high-risk and complex incidents.
