Lower Hunter Transport Proposal

The Transport Taskforce of the Lake Macquarie Combined Chambers, representing local government, business and community interests in the Lake Macquarie/Newcastle region, has released the latest version of its transport document,first produced in 2003. The Taskforce's aim is to increase public transport patronage from the existing five per cent to 20 per cent of all trips in the Lower Hunter region.
