Planning Minister Mr John Day announced at the end of January an improvement plan for part of the Gosnells town centre that includes changes to improve connectivity and convenience through the Lissiman Street precinct. The plan encourages high-quality mixed-use development, including commercial and retail space and a diverse range of housing, capitalising on the precinct's location close to Gosnells Station.
