摘要

Numerical simulations have been carried out for a two-dimensional falling liquid film with interfacial waves. The staggered grid fixed on a physical space is employed and basic equations, continuity and Navier-stokes equations, as well as equations for boundary conditions are discretized on the staggered grid without omitting any term in the equation. Neglecting the interfacial shear stress is only an assumption for the present analysis.
