摘要

The purpose of this study is to develop high efficient electrodes for the wet optical sensor by the use of various manufacturing processes of the thermal spraying method, the light beem melting method, cooling method and so on. From experimental results, it was clear that the photoeffect characteristics of the remelting electrodes were higher than that of sprayed coating electrodes. Especially, the best film which absorbed the light could be made by the methanol cooling after melting of the spraying deposit.
