摘要

This paper presents an inverse method of estimating the non-dimensional tail-off mean aerodynamic center and moment coefficient at zero-lift from the actually measured flight loads acting on horizontal tails and relative flight parameters. The basic principle of the proposed method is first described in the paper. The method is derived from analysis of the equilibrium equations of motion of a military airplane in symmetrical maneuver. An application example of the method is given to demonstrate its effectiveness. The calculated results obtained By the method are compared with values obtained through wind-tunnel testing of the rigid model of this Type of aircraft.
