Annual General Meeting 2007

The 83rd Annual General Meeting of the Society was held on Saturday 30 June 2007 at Stonyhurst College, Hirst Green, Lancashire by kind permission of the Headmaster of the College. The meeting was attended by ninety-seven people (despite appalling weather) and chaired by Dr R. W. Brunskill, President of the Society. After receipt of apologies for absence (from seventeen members, including Brian Blayney, Leslie Du Cane and Sue Taylor) and the signing by the Chairman of the Minutes of the 2006 AGM (previously published in Volume 51 of the Transactions for 2007), the Secretary, Mr Matthew Saunders, summarised the events of the year.
