摘要

Multiplication factors and power density distributions were calculated and relatively good agreement between the calculated and experimental measurements was found. Power density profiles revealed that MCNP can calculate power densities with reasonable confidence within the core interior. After reviewing the results from this analysis, it was determined that a bias factor is not necessary for current fuel design studies.
