摘要

Lack of experts and highly educated and skilled professionals in nuclear engineering in the world caused by fast aging of nuclear power plants and research Reactors staff and expected "nuckear renaissance" brings new needs and opportunities to the universities and research reactors. Research reactors are suitable for education of students at all academic levels. An effective way how to provide the education and training at a research reactor is adaptation of the educational methodology to the initial students' background level.
