摘要

A hybrid method combined branch and bound method with simulated annealing method has been developed. The method firstly batches the accessible assemblies and evaluates the coarse batches which are satisfied the user defined constraint. Then, several of the best coarse batches are selected to be the initial loading pattern for simulated annealing. Comparing to the traditional simulated annealing method, the hybrid method has more efficiency through reducing searching domain. Results show that the hybrid method also can give the exactly optimized loading patterns. Additional, lower cooling parameter is effective in decreasing the searching domain.
