摘要

The resulting offset shown by Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 in the central and side slots in the dosimetry tests suggest MCNP underestimates neutron fluence in these cases. The thermal-structural model will be adjusted to account for MCNP models and experimental disjoint. Additionally, the radiation environment with FREC-Ⅱ rods up demonstrates an undesirable effect of an intense neutron fluence from the outside of FREC-Ⅱ. The FREC-Ⅱ configuration for the DUSTER-Ⅱ experiments will therefore likely use the safety rods in the down position.
