Online justice arrives in Mexico

On 12 June 2009, the decree of amendment to the Federal Act of Contentious Administrative Procedure and the Organic Act of the Federal Tribunal on Tax and Administrative Matters was published on the Official Gazette of the Federation. This amendment states the rules for the implementation of online trials, which will allow users to access files and submit legal pleadings.
