Barclays launches London-Africa trade desk

Barclays has established a dedicated Africa trade desk to provide locally-based expertise and advice on the African market to UK and European corporate clients. The London-Africa desk will offer first-hand knowledge of the market, including Africa specific trends and related products expertise, particularly catering for the documentary trade, structured trade finance and supply chain finance industries. The desk will aim at streamlining the trade transaction process for UK and European corporates doing business with and in Africa.
