Testing Tools to Enhance Transportation Planning

Transportation for Communities: Advancing Projects Through Partnerships (TCAPP) is a web-based decision-support tool, launched for testing in January 2010. Developed under the capacity focus area of the second Strategic Highway Research Program (SHRP 2), TCAPP provides detailed information to facilitate a collaborative, integrated transportation planning process.
