For 'cheap' AVE read EVA

On 6 February Spain's Public Works Minister Inigo de la Serna announced that RENFE was to imitate SNCF's OUIGO in developing its own "low cost" high speed services, to be known as EVA (AVE in reverse). The route to be addressed initially is that between Madrid and Barcelona (612 km). Inigo de la Serna said that it was now time to win over the new sectors of the travel market - those who use long distance coach services (the cheapest single fare using ALSA is €9.25, but with a journey time of 7h20), the BlaBlaCar car-sharing scheme and the private family car.
